  • Yes! You can supply your own materials.

    Please note that for customer-supplied materials, Victoria Water Jet cannot be held responsible for any miscuts, misalignments, dimensional inaccuracies, warps, bends, or damage that may occur during the cutting process. Any other damages that occur while in Victoria Water Jets procession will not be covered or compensated. While we will do our best to remedy any issues, we are unable to replace or compensate for any material damage under any circumstances.

  • No, we do not include the cost of shipping in any pricing unless specifically requested.

    We can arrange and ship orders with a verity of couriers at the customers request.

  • Yes! We have a minimum shop fee of $100.00.

  • Customers can pay using the following:

    • Cash

    • Debit

    • E-Transfer

    • Cheque

    Information on who the payment must be made out to will be detailed in the customers invoice.

  • Payments are made before picking up any components or before any components are shipped out.

  • We need .DXF design files that are paired with .PDF dimensional copies. All units must be shown in the .PDF files to ensure dimensional accuracy before cutting. All form lines, weld lines, or etching lines must be clearly indicated on both the .DXF design files along with the .PDF dimensional copy.

    If you cannot provide design files our team is happy to work alongside you to create the required design files.

  • All design files and measurements should be made in inches. Any other units will be converted into inches.
